Rebecca Bangura is a certified leadership coach and facilitator with two decades of experience in property and construction, where she built her career as a project and development manager, often as the only woman in the room.
She understands the realities of leading in high-pressure, male-dominated environments - and what it takes to build the capability, confidence and influence to lead effectively and sustainably.
Now, she helps ambitious women strengthen their leadership capability, visibility and influence so they can lead with greater authority and impact in a sustainable way.
