How do you handle the times when everything is not going to plan? When the going gets tough and all you want to do is curl up in a ball?
Building resilience is such an important topic because every single one of us will go through lows in our careers and personal lives where our strengths and skills will be the only things that pull us through.
In this episode, I’m sharing how you can start building resilience in your lives from this very moment. Because you can’t build resilience when you’re in the low moments and you’re drained, exhausted and feeling overwhelmed. You have to build it when you feel strong, confident and in control.
Building skills in resilience allows you to see that there is a way forward, there is light at the end of the tunnel and you can sit with the discomfort of the challenges knowing that you are strong enough to withstand it.
So, today I’m giving you some of the tools and exercises I get my clients to do to build their own resilience. We’ll look at building the person you want to show up as in every moment, not just when everything is going well.
