Ep #0: Welcome to Building Up Women In Property

My name is Rebecca Bangura and I’m the host of Building Up Women In Property. I’ve spent almost two decades working in property and construction, beginning as a project coordinator and working my way up to a senior program manager of property development. 

My life is busy balancing motherhood, my corporate job, and my own business as a career confidence coach for women in male-dominated industries. I’ve helped hundreds of women build confidence, find their voice as a leader and gain clarity on what they want and how to achieve it. 

I’m bringing you Building Up Women In Property as a safe space to unpack being a successful woman in the property and construction industry. I’ll be providing my insights and practical strategies that will teach you how to show up confidently in an industry built for men. I want to help you avoid heartache, self-doubt and overwhelm so I’ll be bringing you important topics in each episode to assist you to navigate your career in a way that is authentic and aligned with you.
